WHAT KIST PLUGS INTO
The systems you already pay for.
Your ad account knows what you spent. Your analytics knows who turned up. Your accounts know what actually landed in the bank. None of them talk to each other, and none of them talk to the AI you are already paying for. A connector is how we get one of those systems into a warehouse with your name on the door, read-only, with a record of every question anyone asks it.
We connect what we can operate properly. There is a status against every one of these and we would rather you read it than take the list on trust. Live means we run it today on real client work. Built, not exposed means the code is finished and something outside our control is holding it up, and we say what. Not built means what it says.

STATUS VOCABULARY
What the three statuses mean
LIVE — Running today against real client data, consultant-operated. BUILT, NOT EXPOSED — Built and merged, but not reachable by anyone outside Grapeworks. No public surface. Do not treat as callable. NOT BUILT — Specified or planned. Does not exist yet. Do not treat as available.
The same three words are used on the machine-readable capability descriptor and on the facts table. One vocabulary, everywhere it appears.
WHAT WE DO WITH IT
What we do with a connected system
Every source lands raw, gets cleaned into a common shape per client, and comes out as curated tables a dashboard, a query layer or your own tooling can read. Nothing is fetched live and printed straight to a screen. Read more at how the plug-in works.
WHAT YOU GRANT
What you grant
Every connector is read-only by default, scoped to one client, revocable by you at any time. The exact grant differs by vendor because the vendors' permission models differ; each connector's own page states it plainly rather than gesturing at "read-only access" in general terms.
New agency clients are provisioned in the UK. Our existing estate runs on UK and European infrastructure, and we are migrating it to the same footing.
NEW SOURCES
New sources
New sources get added when a client needs one and we can operate it to the same standard. That standard is written down: the raw response is kept so we never have to ask the vendor twice, every page is written as it arrives so a failure halfway through costs one page and not the run, and every connector can rebuild its history from what is already on disk without a single new API call.
