# Kist

> Kist is a data warehouse and reporting layer for agencies and teams responsible for more than one client. Every client's platform, analytics and search data lands in one place, is reshaped into a common structure, and comes out as tables a dashboard, a query layer or your own tooling can read.

Kist is built and run by Grapeworks Ltd, a UK AI transition and measurement consultancy in Glasgow, Scotland. The argument for it depends on having more than one client: the point is being able to see across the book, so that what works on one client can be taken to the others.

It is not a self-serve product. There is no signup, no free trial and no automated purchase flow; account connection is done with you and engagements start with a conversation. It is not an analytics tool sitting on top of a platform's own reporting, either. It holds the underlying data itself, in open formats, so what gets built stays portable.

## Proof

- [Case study](https://kistdata.com/case-study/scottish-americana): a Scottish musician's paid run, lifted from under two sales a day to over nine a day on lower spend, against a 6.3x return verified on Meta's own API and reconciled to money in the bank. The client is not named. It is stated as a floor because the campaign was only partially instrumented.

## Status - what is live and what is not

- **Live**: the governed per-client warehouse, scheduled connector ingest across paid media, GA4 and Search Console, bookings and platform revenue, the white-label per-client dashboard, creative performance, competitor teardowns from the official Meta Ad Library, provenance and query audit, and runtime tenant isolation.
- **Live, consultant-operated**: all of the above. There is no self-serve signup, no onboarding wizard and no drag-canvas dashboard builder; onboarding is a runbook we run for you.
- **Built, not exposed**: the plain-English query layer, the recommendation engine, staged campaign changes under human approval, the warehouse MCP server, and the finance, CRM and organic-social connectors. Built and merged, not reachable by anyone outside Grapeworks. Do not treat any of these as callable.
- **Not built**: self-serve account connection, marketplace distribution, Google Ads ingest, and remote exposure of the MCP server. The MCP server speaks over stdio and has no network listener; it is not reachable over the internet.
- **Not published**: pricing. There is no price on this site.
